Care was late, majority of staff were apathetic and could not be bothered. Every time we asked for assistance we seemed to be bothering them. Very very disappointed with the care my father got. I know that he was a little aggravated with them because he still had at least three more weeks left of what his Medicare would have paid for.

The facility did not change my grandmas depends for several days, nor did they give her a shower for the entire month she was there. The first weekend she was there they did not check if she ate. And a nurse specifically stated she did not have time to get her something to drink. The credibility of the staff and its directors is extremely non existent.
